Return & Replacement Policy

At Silver Denims, every piece is carefully checked before it leaves us. That said, if your order arrives broken or damaged, we have you covered.

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement for the same item.

Important points to note:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging

  • This policy applies only to items damaged during transit or delivered in a broken condition

We do not offer returns or replacements for normal wear and tear, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
